New features, 24/7 support and third-party usage are separate. Response windows agreed in the support schedule.

Month-to-month service. Cancellation and service terms are confirmed before activation.

We confirm access, representative examples, the reviewer and the acceptance cases in writing. An enquiry is not an order. Work starts only after the written scope and payment arrangements are agreed.
