Confirm the environment
The Odoo version, hosting model, installed modules and available interfaces determine which integration approaches are possible. Do not assume an Odoo Online workflow can install a custom module.
Check representative records
Inspect actual product codes, customer fields and workflow states using redacted examples where appropriate. Missing source data will still be missing after automation.
Test the full handoff
Prepare the draft, review it, handle a duplicate request and simulate a failure. An API response alone does not prove the operational journey works.
